Our Trajectory

The three partners of Brik Capital share their academic background and professional experience.
They are civil engineers from the Catholic University of Chile, graduated between 2006 and 2008. Before starting their business career, they worked in the financial sector: Enrique and Francisco in the managed portfolios area of Compass Group and Cristóbal in corporate finance at Altis .

In 2009 they founded what is now Brik Capital. The same year they founded the company Edge SpA, which is dedicated to the import and sale of office and home furniture through the Form brand. In 2012 management was hired for this company and Brik partners took on roles as directors of the company.

In 2010 they created a self-financed search fund for the acquisition of 2 or more car rental companies. In 2012 they completed the acquisition of Chilean Rent a Car and United Rent a Car, and joined the administration as executives. Francisco as commercial manager, Enrique as operations manager and Cristóbal as administration and finance manager.

Today Francisco serves as general manager of Chilean, while Cristóbal and Enrique left their executive roles and took over as directors, with the aim of seeking new business for the group.
